Wow, what an amazing tribute and poem-great job, Tiff! What I most love/remember about Dean is that every single day when he got home from work he always gave his bride a kiss first and foremost before anything else :). (I know this because I was at their house a lot ha!). I loved witnessing his great love for his wife and kids! I miss you all and am praying for you!

Lisa Kennedy published a comment What a beautiful tribute to your dad, Tiffany. And I know that must have been incredibly hard for your mom to talk about her beloved husband....but it was so touching. I have been praying for her and for all of you and will continue to. I am so thankful that your dad loved Jesus and is home with Him now. ❤️

Dan Sandell published a comment Excellent memorial to a very nice man. Thank you for making it available. Dean was a great friend. We started playing tennis back in the 1970s and played every once in a while for many years. Dean and I took some bike rides over the years. The last ride was maybe 5 years ago to and from the Coon Rapids dam. Barb and I went out to lunch regularly with Liz and Dean for several years until the pandemic put and end to it. We will miss Dean very much.

Ned Newberg published a comment What a wonderful tribute to a man whose heart and smile lit up the room. I will never forget the times we worked together at county fairs watching the kids play the Straw Dive when Dean was at KYMN. Dean was certainly a classic. His voice will echo in the memories of all those fans who listened to his sports broadcasts. Rest in peace my friend. My thoughts and prayers to Liz and the family.

Liz published a comment We appreciate all the thoughtful concern from everyone. Tiffany did such a nice job with the video. I'm thankful for all the support from my kids. Dean had called Tiffany last summer and said instead of a funeral he would want a video tribute. He probably didn't realize how much work it would be for her. Hard to pick a few wonderful memories!

I'm also praying for all of your kids and grandkids as they grieve Dean's passing. I loved the relationship Dean had with my brother Wayne. Thank you Tiffany for ending your Dad's memorial with How Great Thou Art and the Lord's Prayer. I loved the ending of sweet worship focusing on God. Love to all of you!
